Shipping
Deliveries are generally made with the logistics service providers UPS or TNT, which is why shipping to a packing station is unfortunately not possible. If necessary, we reserve the right to choose a different shipping method or service provider.

The dispatch takes place daily from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

We deliver exclusively within the Federal Republic of Germany. If you wish the delivery to a country of the European Union, you are welcome to request the shipping costs from us at [email protected], separately.

If delivery is not possible, you may receive a notification card for collection.
You pay, without exception, only 1x shipping, regardless of the amount of ordered items. We charge you for packaging, insurance and transport within Germany flat rate 5,00 € plus 19% VAT. // 5,95 € incl. 19% VAT. From 250, - € net delivery within the Federal Republic of Germany free house!

Shipping costs outside Germany will be charged separately!

Returns
Please use the attached form in the shipment. The costs for the return are borne by the sender.
